The Notary will have provided you with details of their services and the level of fees that you can expect. Notaries Public are professionals and charge in respect of their time, expertise and the level of risk involved in any transaction. Any additional work not previously agreed may incur further charges. The Notary may not release their certificates / documentation until such time as their fees together with any outlays have been discharged. Please ensure that you have verified with the Notary what forms of payment that they accept e.g. Cheque, Cash, EFT, Card.
